She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Howard and Noreen Sirkle Howard; and her siblings, Nelle Marie Howard Harris, Rev. Pete Howard and Rev. Fred Howard.
She is survived by : her spouse Jesse L. West; her sons, Jeffrey West and Bradley (Merry West) of Sherman; and her grandchildren, Spencer West of Dallas, Lori Stewart of Colorado Springs, CO, Bryan Stewart of Lawton, OK, Jessica West of Sherman and Justin West of Sherman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's research.
