She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Spalding and Jessie Hackleman Spalding; her siblings, D. B., Jack Spalding, Marie Spalding, Betty Wood, Nina Payne and Ann Curry; her niece Julia Cummins; and her nephews, Prescott Spalding and Gil Curry.

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Don Wood, Richard, David, Robert Spalding, Valerie Freels and Bobbie Parrott.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel (619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Waldo Funeral Home (619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090).
