It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alta Faye Bushong of Sinton, Texas, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alta Faye Bushong to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Berry (Oelschlegel) and William Otis Berry; her husband Stanley Bushong; her son-in-law Garry Pinkston; and her siblings, William Otis Berry, Jr. and Doris Wilkerson.

She is survived by : her children, Bobbie, Debbie Pinkston of Odem and Cindy Scroggs (Randy) of Corpus Christi, Texas; her grandchildren, Nicholas Pinkston (Tara), Stanley Joe Pinkston (Lauren) and Courtney Cotten; her great grandchildren, Piper Pinkston, Max Pinkston, Sadie Pinkston, Lucy Pollard, Summer Joe Pinkston, Cotten Pollard and Libby Pollard; and her sister-in-law Christine Bushong of Blanco, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
