She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Bailey and Clara Doyle (Hachtel); and her spouse Donal J. H. Neighbors. She is survived by : her son Jerry Neighbors (Janie) of Valley View; her grandchildren, Tamara Blythe (Clint) of Decatur, Heather Whited (Daniel) of Valley View and Andrew Neighbors (Heather) of Valley View; and her great grandchildren, Layni, Zane Blythe, Colton, Coy, Chaynie Whited, Sara and Hyton Neighbors.
