She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Kubicek and Della Kubicek (Palvas); and her siblings, Stanley Kubicek, Geneive Young and Julie Florus.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Kevin Pittman; her children, Donna Price, Kathy Foreman and Jay Pittman; and her grandchildren, Brian Schieffer, Darren Schieffer, Kevin Price, Jeffrey Price, Jason Price, Ashley Savill and Travis Foreman. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
