She was predeceased by : her parents, William Costa and Edith Costa (Anderson); her husband Joe A. Foytik; her grandsons, Kennedy Rainosek and Reece Perkins; her daughter-in-law Joan Foytik; her grandparents, Blanch Morse Anderson and Lovejoy; her brother William Costa (late Claudia); and her nephew Paul Costa.
She is survived by : her children, Joey Foytik (late Joan), Brenda Foytik, Kathy Stubbs (Jerry), Karen Badders (John), Sharon Hancock (Tom) and Carolyn Foytik; her granddaughter Janet Perkins (Rob); her brother Stephen P. Costa (Betty); and her cousin Pat Kimble (Kim). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her 4 dogs.
