He was predeceased by : his brother Jacob; his grandparents, Quinn Schlortt, Bertrand and Sylvia Guedry; and his uncle Bob Grissom.

He is survived by : his parents, Gary Guedry and Susan Guedry; his grandmother Esther Schlortt; and his aunts and uncles, David (Rochelle Schlortt), Dianna Grissom, Pam (Randy Stanford), Karen Long, Brian (Kathleen Guedry), Dale (Sharon Guedry) and Debbie (Danny Belanger). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
