He was predeceased by : his parents, Loius Castro and Elida Castro; and his brother Demetrio Castro. He is survived by : his wife Anna Castro of Sonora; his children, John David Castro (Isabel), Joseph Castro and Terri Castro; his sisters, Odilia Paredes (Manuel), Lilia Cervantez (Lionel) and Wilma Villanueva (Harvey); and his grandchildren, John Christopher Castro, Danielle Castro and Aidan Castro. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
