She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Joel and Lodema Viola Saunders Shanks; her siblings, Gene Shanks (Belle), Joanne Beneke (Bob) and Jackie Davis (Floyd); and her in-laws, Elmer and Utoka Hudson.
She is survived by : her husband Johnny Ray Hudson of Paradise; her children, Karen Rabon (Rabe) of Okeechobee, Florida and Keith (Anita) of Sonora, Texas; her grandchildren, John Duke Hudson (Gentry) of Wall, Texas and Raychel Rabon of Gainesville, Florida; her great grandchildren, Kasen, Gene, Mitchel and Balch; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Sharron Hudson of Denton, Texas. She is also survived by her nieces and their extended families.
