He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo and Maria (Socorro Ruiz); and his sister Maria Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Elidia Ruiz of South Houston; his children, Francisca Ruiz (Jesus Gonzalez) and Victor Ruiz (Amanda Villarreal); his grandchildren, Jazlyn, Jacob and Jayden; and his brother Dionicio Domingo Ruiz. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Houston Funeral Home Main Chapel South Houston (1506 Houston Blvd, South Houston, TX 77587).
