She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Cohlmia and Genieve Cohlmia. She is survived by : her husband Frank Gabriel; her children, Kimberly Dominy (David Dominy) and Dr. Brent Gabriel (Leah Kay Gabriel); her brothers, Dr. Mike Cohlmia (Garland) and Dr. Greg Cohlmia (Jennifer Rush); and her grandchildren, Drake Dominy (Phoebe), Dalton Dominy (Claire), Kirstyn Duncan (Christopher), Madison Homra, Garrett Gabriel and Olivia Gabriel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to White's Chapel Methodist Church (185 S. White Chapel Blvd. Southlake, TX 76092) in Pat's memory.
