He is survived by : his mother Barbara Ann Devaney Costner of Fairmount, Indiana.; his wife Annette; his children, Alexandria Costner of Spearman, Samantha Costner of Fairmount, Cydrey Costner of Fairmount, Justin Bruegge of Michigan and Jordan Costner of Fairmount Indiana; and his sister Andrea Renee Lutz of Fairmount. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
