He is survived by : his daughters, Ashley Mauk and Melody Henson; his siblings, Cari Mauk of Fort Worth, TX., Ryan, Carrie Taylor of Sulphur Bluff, Lyle Mauk and Danny Mauk; his aunt Karen Goodman (Keith) of Pampa; and his uncles, Jimmy Tope, Darrel Tope and Jerry Tope of Pampa, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
