He is survived by : his parents, Refugio Pena and Evilia Renova of Mexico; his wife Isabel of Spearman; his daughters, Maria Carrasco of Tatum, TX., Cristal Pena of Houston, TX. and Brizeth Pena of Tatum, TX.; his siblings, Javier Pena, Vincente Pena, Mario Pena, Imelda Pena, Aracely Pena, Patricia Pena and Luz Pena; and his grandsons, Deandre Carrasco and Avery Carrasco.
Due to COVID 19 guidelines, we will be practicing social distancing and occupancy numbers will be limited.
Family suggests memorials be to ones favorite charity.
