He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Talley (Conner) and Clarence Talley Sr.; and his sister Lavetra Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Talley of Spicewood; his children, Ann Rowe (Stuart) of Spicewood, Kevin Talley of Austin and Amy Davis (Lance) of Spicewood; his grandson Jackson Bennett Davis; his niece Cheryl Merenda (Herb); and his brother-in-law Clifford Archer (Bonnie). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
