It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Marie Steddum of Splendora, Texas, born in Eastland, Texas, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Cannon and Esther Cannon. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Lee Steddum; her sister Donna Dean (Butch); her daughters, Joyce Patterson, Stacy Miller (Douglas) and Tina Mitschke; and her stepdaughters, Shaundra Owens and Janalee Bohn (Kenneth). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
