He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis; his children, Charles (Rhonda Weaver) and Sandi Leachman; his grandsons, Jeremy and Dylan Weaver; his great grandchildren, Westyn and Mason Weaver; and his brother Edgar Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
