He is survived by : his parents, Derrel Smith and Sandy Connolly Smith; his wife Cassie Wylie; his sons, Jase River Smith, Peyton Smith and Michael Wylie; and his siblings, Dari Smith, Jeremy Smith, Jonathan Smith and Jessie Wheeler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
