She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Jones and Carrie Jones; her husband Otice L. Parker; and her son Steven L. Parker. She is survived by: her brother Roan Scraper (Deborah Scraper). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Earthman Resthaven (13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060).
