She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Lee Peoples and Catherine May Peoples (Pierce); and her stepgranddaughter Casey Krebs. She is survived by: her husband Joe Elam; her brother Johnnie Peoples (Linda); her children, Paula Divine (Joe) and John Wheatley (Rene); her stepsons, Dan Elam (Kim) and Jeff Elam; her grandchildren, Summer Koenig and Jacob Wheatley; her stepgranddaughter Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Brooke Krebs and Dylan Krebs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
