He is survived by: his wife Ziola Magaly Hernandez Larret; his children, Jesus Joel Diaz Hernandez and Barbara Zoraya Diaz Hernandez; his grandchildren, Marian, Richard, Elisa, Lisa and Mateo; and his great grandchildren, Luka and Isaac. He is also survived by Nine brothers and sisters.
