He is survived by: his sons, Mark Levins (Robin) and Rodney Levins (Therese); his grandchildren, Paul Levins, Jonathan Levins (Rachel), Candice Craig (Todd) and Nichole Howard; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Craig, Hunter Craig, Olivia Levins and Penelope Levins.
