He was predeceased by: his parents, George Weatherspoon, Sr. and Cansadie Bogus Weatherspoon; his wife Robbie English-Weatherspoon; his son Gary Weatherspoon; and his siblings, Moses, Tubbs, Roosevelt Bradley, Willie Weatherspoon, Herman Weatherspoon, Arnold, George Weatherspoon, James C. Weatherspoon, Claretha Brooks and Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Marvin (Joan) and Ronald (Valencia); and his sister Angie Lane. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Earthman Southwest Funeral Home (12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
