She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Van Horn and Beth Frostefer; and her brother Brad Van Horn. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Alan Lascsak; her sons, Justin Lascsak (Shelli), Graham Lascsak and Levi Lascsak (Cammyla); her grandsons, Jacob Lascsak and LuCasey Lascsak; her siblings, Tom Van Horn and Terri Weissenberger; and her sister-in-law Lonnie Van Horn. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
