She is survived by : her children, Carl Worthington (Julie) of Stephenville and Sarah Catherine Worthington of Stephenville, Texas; her granddaughter Lorin Taylor Worthington Kline (Dustin) of Bynum, Texas; and her sisters, Dana Stewart of Kerrville, Texas and Susan Hale of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
