He is survived by : his brother Mike Henry; his children, Shawna, Kristen and Jeff Henry; his daughter-in-law Kristie Pierel Henry; his daughter Tammie Martin; his son-in-law Cody Johnson; and his grandchildren, Delaney Frazier (Zach Frazier), Chase Martin, Isabel Henry, Trinity Martin, Kynlee and Myles Frazier.
