He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Otte and Lulie Jacoby Otte; his sons, James (Kimberly Otte) and William (Lindsey Otte); his grandchildren, Madison and Molly Otte; and his girlfriend Pam Eichholtz of Stonewall.
