He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Juanita Metcalf; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his son Scott (April); his grandson Chad (Kristi); and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Wyatt and Ryder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
