He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Pena and Cresencia Pena; and his brothers, Gilbert, Benito and Arnold Pena.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Ramirez Pena; his daughters, JoAnn Baladez (Daniel) and Rebecca Pena; and his siblings, Victoria Ramirez, Benjamin Pena, Jr., Rudy Pena and Ralph Pena. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; along with extended family and friends.
