She was predeceased by : her parents, Virginia Yackle and Delman Yackle; and her grandson Brandon Gisi. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Burris (James), Peggy Crosley, Steve Gisi (Jaylynn), Stephanie (Winston) and Joe Gisi (Karin). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Earthman Southwest Funeral Home (12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
