We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2024, at the age of 71, Claudia Burks Metting (Sugar Land, Texas), born in San Francisco, California passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Claudia Burks Metting to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her husband Jim Metting; her children, Bryan Metting (Dana) of Sugar Land and Julie Ewing (Blake) of Round Rock; her grandchildren, Ashley, Adam Metting, Morgan, James and Robert Ewing; and her siblings, Nancy Andrews, Catherine Steffano and David Burks.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrow Chapel (15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Lutheran Church (1424 FM 1092 Rd, Missouri City, TX 77459).
