He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Floyd; his children, Tammy Floyd (Michael Johnson), Jamie Floyd and Mark Floyd (Kim); his brother Jack Floyd (Martha); his grandchildren, Colby Floyd, Kaitlyn Marik (Dylan) and Kenzie Floyd (Dustin Schneider); his great grandchild Landry Floyd; and his friends, Steve Nova and Gavin Sbrusch. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
