She was loved and cherished by many people including: her family Heavenly; her parents, Robert Collins and Inez Collins; her sisters, Sheri Bright (Richard) and Shelley Hagar; her significant other Brendan Donald Cook; her children, Sarah Cunningham, Joseph Wilson III and Elisabeth Embrey (Brent); her stepchildren, Kristin Schwartz (Brad), Allison Austin (Judd), Shannon Picasso (Eduardo) and Matthew Cook; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Heather, Matthew, James, Emma, Maggie, Grayson, River, Vivian, Judd IV, Jackson and Joanie.
Although flowers are welcome, memorials may also be made to the American Cancer Society "in loving memory of Lisa Ann Cook".
