She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Slot Martinez (Jeff) and Patricia "Tricia" Lynn Lutz; her grandchildren, Taylor Chase Martinez (Amanda), Haley Elise Martinez, Cameron O'Neil Lutz and Collin James Lutz; her great grandchildren, Brooke Elise Martinez and Adeline Grace Martinez; her son-in-law Jeff Martinez; and her granddaughter-in-law Amanda Martinez.
