He was predeceased by : his son David Segura; his parents, Santos Segura and Margarita Segura; and his brothers, Joe Segura, Guillermo "Willie" Segura, Domingo Segura, Francisco Segura and Antonio Segura.

He is survived by : his wife Janie Segura; his children, Anthony Ray Segura (Michelle), Richard Rufus Segura and Cynthia Ann Carmona (Henry); his siblings, Ignacio Segura (Rosemary), Jesse Segura (Lisa), Aurora Segura and Esperanza Gonzalez (Oscar); and his grandchildren, Presley Erin Segura, Lyndsey Rose Segura, Evan Hunter Segura and Camille Elizabeth Beil. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (705 St Theresa Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77498). A rosary was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Theresa Catholic Church (705 St Theresa Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77498). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471).
