She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Joseph Price, Sr. and Virginia Cary Price; her brother Vernon Joseph Price, Jr.; and her husband Raymond Michael Cutler. She is survived by : her daughters, Debbie Bannon (Pat) of Bastrop, TX and Kristie Shannon of Suffolk, VA; her granddaughters, Melissa Bannon Solis (Jose), Sarah Bannon and Ava Shannon; and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Jameson Solis.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
