He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Hernandez and Maria Adelaida Hernandez; his wife Isabel Flores Hernandez; and his daughter Maria Adelaida Dosher. He is survived by: his sons, Mario Omar Hernandez (Orfelinda) and Juan Felix Hernandez (Imelda); his grandchildren, Mario "Omie" Hernandez (Annie), Ana Laura Garcia (Cruz) and Juan Carlos Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Auliya Angelica, Anthony Omar, Anaya Yvette, Cruz Omar Garcia III and Myah Le-ann Garcia; and his sister Carmen Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lord & I Funeral Home and Cemetery - Sullivan City (8039 US-83, Sullivan City, TX 78595). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church (465 W Expy 83, Sullivan City, TX 78595). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lord & I Funeral Home and Cemetery - Sullivan City (8039 US-83, Sullivan City, TX 78595).
