He is survived by: his children, Nick Fowler (Rachel) of Glenwood, AR, Tammy Hudson (Kirby) of Hugo, OK and Kim Moore (Mike) of Sulphur Springs, TX; his grandchildren, Brandon Fowler, Ty Fowler (Brittany), Bailey Conley (Colt), Logan Pogue (Michelle), Kelsy Williams (Todd), Chesley Reed (Coby), Kasey Rackley (Ryan), Kaden Moore and Carston Moore; and his sister Terri Jo Nichols.
