She was predeceased by : her parents, Menzo Salmon and Margaret Salmon (Wheeler). She is survived by : her husband Bob Gideon of Sulphur Springs, TX; her children, Robert Gideon (Sandra White) of Austin, TX, David Gideon (Kim) of Sulphur Springs, TX and Allison Martin (Greg) of Sulphur Springs, TX; her grandchildren, Whitney Comer (Brandon), Dustin Gideon (Christine), Sloane Martin (Tanner), Spencer Clarac (Lee), Skyler Irby (Dalton) and Gage Gideon; and her great grandchildren, Knox Chan, Stella Comer, Saylor Comer, Sirenna Gideon, Lincoln Gideon, Piper Cordova and Copeland Clarac.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
