He is survived by : his sons, Cody Self and Joe Bob Self (Sherry); his grandchildren, Taylor Self, Karlie Self Lane (Ryan), Ty Self, Bbo Self, Braxton Fielden and Tanna Keen; his great grandchildren, Rylie Lane, Blakley Keen and Bryder Fielden; and his siblings, Linda Horton, Karen Kimball, John Self and David Self.
