She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Norris and Tylene Norris; and her sisters, Avis Nolan and Betty Norris. She is survived by : her husband John West; her children, Ken Durham (Sheri), Brooks West (Celia), Lori Durham Chastain and Karen Davis; her stepson John Samuel West (Ruth); her sister Jo Sledge; her grandchildren, Dustin Durham, Brady Davis, Marissa Clark, BJ Davis, Hollie Chastain, Candice Beal, Cade Chastain, Brooks Alonzo West-Hernandez, Renzo Emiliano West-Hernandez, Miranda Ximena West-Hernandez, Isaac Ronaldo West-Hernandez and Estefania Julieta West-Hernandez; her great grandchildren, Logan, Hannah, Coleson, Lillian, Carter, Lillie, Lainee, Ryder, Emily, Tyler, Edison, Caygen, Gwen and Esther; and her great great grandchild Cainen.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Oaks Funeral Home (500 Hillcrest Dr N, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Shooks Chapel Cemetery.
