He is survived by : his wife Doris Marie Upchurch Eastep; his sons, Michael Brent Eastep (Patricia Eastep), Stephen Kyle Eastep (Nicole Eastep) and Bryan Kevin Eastep; his grandchildren, Bonnie Gravley, Lynn Eastep (Becki), Mikel Eastep, Peyton Eastep Lee (Casey), Taylor Eastep, William Eastep, Devin Eastep (Nikki) and Amanda Eastep (Kevin Douglas); his great grandchildren, Landon Gravley, Jayden Gravley, Harrison Eastep, Nathan Eastep, Mabry Lee, Ember Lee, Hudson Lee, Blake Murphy, Madyson Murphy, Presley Murphy, Alayna Douglas, Kynslee Douglas and Kevin Jr. Douglas; and his siblings, Guy Eastep (Linda), Dwain Eastep (Dorothy), Wayne Eastep (Eleanor) and Jean Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
