She was predeceased by : her parents, Mariano Gonzalez, Sr. and Natividad Gonzalez; and her siblings, Nora G. Pompa, Grace Duval, Jesus Chuy Gonzalez, Arturo M. Gonzalez, Noe Gonzalez and Eddie Gonzalez.
She is survived by : her husband Jose Luis; her children, Joey (Garza), Martha (Garza), Anna Saenz (Bobby), Monica (Garza) and Aurora (Garza); her siblings, Obdelia Leal (Guadalupe) and Mariano Gonzalez, Jr. (Chris); her grandchildren, Gabby, Sophia, Isabella, Noah, Gabriella, Sebastian, Jesse, Jake, Chase, Hannah, Lorenzo, Ivan, Emma, Damian and Aria; and her children, Francisco Acosta, Pastor Angel Gutierrez and Cindy Shears. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Covid precautions will be taken during the funeral services.
During her tenure as District Clerk, she implemented the computerization of all records, introduced the jury donation fee donation program and coordinated fun and educational state conferences for the Association of County and District Clerks.
