He was predeceased by : his parents, Rafael Galvan and Andrea Galvan (Rosario Galvan); and his siblings, Demetrio, Esteban and Gregoria.

He is survived by : his son Roberto Galvan. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
