He was predeceased by : his parents, Eulalio Rubio and Cruz Rubio. He is survived by : his wife Emma Molano Rubio; his siblings, Nicanor Rubio, Juanita Renteria, Maria, Rosario Barrera and Consuelo Muniz; and his brother-in-law Rogelio Molano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
