It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elida Rios of Sunset, Texas, born in Rio Hondo, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Felix Zuniga and Ana Leal Zuniga; her children, Dahlia "Dolly", Dolly Zimmerman (Mike) and Gil Gomez (Jerri); her stepdaughter Rosario Hatley (Leroy); her grandchildren, Heidi Mulroony (Sean), Veronica Mojica (Christopher), Hans Zimmerman (Cat Conte), Joel Gomez (Lauren), Lilvia Gomez, Giana Hesterberg (Beau) and Erin Hatley; her great grandchildren, Liam, Atticus Mulroony, Alma, CJ Mojica, Jack, Cecily and Felicity Hesterberg; and her sisters, Anna Brown, Evelyn Baxter and Ercilia Cano.
