We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2021, at the age of 76, Evelyn Jeanetter Skinner of Sunset, Texas, born in Floydada, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Ray Fowler and Arnice Fowler (Crowley); and her sister Brenda Joyce Fowler. She is survived by : her husband Donald Skinner; her brother Kenneth Fowler of Bowie, TX; her children, Mark Passmore (Fonda) of Enid, OK, Jeremy Skinner (Emily), Tonia Robertson and Sonia Skinner of Enid, OK; her grandchildren, Cody Passmore, April Slowik, Misty Skinner, Shane Clapp, Trey Tyson, Bryson Skinner, Brooke Skinner and Ethan Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Skinner, Alyna Skinner, Ava Cook, Wyatt Miller and Waylon Clapp. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
