She is survived by: her children, Theresa Macintosh (Douglas) and Lawrence Kirchner; her grandchildren, Candice and Sabrina; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Shyanne; and her pet Boo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Animal Defense League, or the American Heart Association.
