He was predeceased by : his father Gregorio. He is survived by : his wife Magdalena; his sons, Rene (Amy), Esteban (Janna) and Adrian (Naomi); his mother Dorothy; and his siblings, Joe, Albert, Raymundo, Esther Peters and Christine Henry. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
