She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel, Sr. Cuellar and Julia Cuellar (Polanco); her siblings, Jose Cuellar, Martin Cuellar, Epifanio Cuellar, Manuel Cuellar, Jr., Rafael Cuellar and Maria Guerra (Mary); and her siblings' children, Lily Roxanne Ruiz, Maria Elena Saenz and Richard Cuellar.
She is survived by: her brother Juan Cuellar (Maria) of Merkel; and her sisters-in-law, Juanita Cuellar of Roscoe, Anita Cantu of Grand Prairie, Dora Cuellar of Sweetwater, Texas. and Rachel Cuellar of Sweetwater, Texas..
